Read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition.
TENNIS CLASSIC AT HURLINGHAM INSTAGRAM COMPETITION
The following rules (the “Rules”) will apply to the Tennis Classic at Hurlingham Instagram competition (the “Competition”) to win a pair of general admission tickets to the Tennis Classic at Hurlingham event on Friday 24th June 2016 (the “Prize”). International Management Group (UK) Limited (“IMG”) will offer each entrant the chance of winning this prize on the following terms. By entering into this competition, all participants agree to abide by each and all of the Rules together with any other terms and conditions imposed by any third parties in connection with the prize.
1. Entry
To enter the competition the entrant must ‘Like’ the competition post on the Instagram page @hurlinghamtennis.
2. Deadlines
The Competition is open from 17:00 (GMT) on Thursday 16th June 2016 and the closing date for entries shall be 23:59 (GMT) on Friday 17th June 2016. Any entries received after this time shall NOT be eligible for entry into the competition.
3. Selection of winning entry
3.1 All entrants shall be entered into a prize draw. The winner of the draw shall be selected by IMG entirely at random and shall be notified no later than 17:00 (GMT) on Saturday 18th June 2016 via the Instagram account they have entered through.
3.2 Non-successful entrants will not be notified.
4. Conditions
4.1 It is free to enter the competition and no purchase shall be necessary.
4.2 Any entrant who has provided false or misleading information and/or has breached these terms and conditions will be immediately disqualified from the Competition.
4.3 Entrants must be 18 or over to enter. The Competition is open to everyone over the age of 18, subject to applicable law and these Rules. Where applicable in relation to the laws and regulations of the home country from which the entrant enters the Competition, the entrant warrants that he/she will allow IMG to use his/her personal data for the purpose of administering the Competition. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of IMG, may not enter this Competition.
4.4 Entrants are deemed to have accepted these Rules when entering the Competition.
4.5 Maximum of one entry allowed per person.
4.6 If any winner is not able, for any reason, to accept the Prize, or does not respond after being contacted within 48 hours days of the draw date, IMG reserves the right to award the Prize to another entrant.
4.7 By entering the Competition, entrants agree that any entry they submit may be used by IMG and their selected affiliates for IMG’s marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity, throughout the world in any and all media whether now known or hereafter invented without further remuneration.
4.8 The winner agrees to allow IMG to use their name and Instagram account for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration.
5. Prizes
5.1 The prize is a pair of general admission tickets (2 in total) to the Tennis Classic at Hurlingham event on Friday 24th June 2016.
5.2 The prize is non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
5.3 IMG reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
6 . Miscellaneous
6.1 IMG reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude participants and also to withhold the Prize for violating any of these Rules.
6.2 IMG reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including altering prizes) if, in IMG’s sole discretion, the competition is not capable of being conducted as specified due to circumstances beyond IMG’s reasonable control. In the event of the Competition being cancelled or modified, IMG shall not have any liability whatsoever arising from such cancellation or modification.
6.3 IMG shall not be liable to the participants for any liability in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss of business, revenue or profits, anticipated savings or wasted expenditure, loss or damage of or to personal equipment belonging to the participants or any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising out of the participants taking part in the Competition or any other matter arising under these Rules. Without limiting the foregoing, IMG shall not be liable for any actions of any third parties unless otherwise set out herein.
6.4 Nothing in these Rules shall limit IMG’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their employees or agents’ negligence or for fraud.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Rules and entry into this competition shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
